Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo & Co was supported by HSEGAS for the achievement of the key indicators of this process, which concern: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities and inclusion of women in the company, remuneration equity, parental protection and work-life balance.
The company founded and led by Alberto Cattaneo, Claudia Pomposo and Paolo Zanetto has achieved the required targets while also being able to count on 54% of women in the workforce and 48% of women in managerial positions. Furthermore, in the last year alone, 70% of women have had a promotion. Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo & Co. has simultaneously established a Steering Committee, which will have the task of managing issues relating to gender equality, and appointed a Manager who will monitor the effectiveness of the management system. With a view to continuous improvement, a strategic plan was then developed which includes, among the various actions, training sessions aimed at all employees to enhance differences, gender equality and inclusion.
“We are proud to have obtained the certification for Gender Equality, a path undertaken to reiterate a commitment that we have always felt is very strong and which starts from afar. Since its foundation, in fact, Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo & Co. has been based on people, on their professional skills and on transparency, values that we never wanted to give up, which we found in Excellera, and which today are even more the compass that guides our profession and the development of our business. We have always thought that the basis of our success should be the recognition of merit and the possibility of expressing one’s talents and passions regardless of gender; this new goal that we reach today, together with all our people, is the confirmation of a long-term sustainability strategy that will continue to mark our history.”, declared Alberto Cattaneo, Claudia Pomposo and Paolo Zanetto.

The goal today is to make Excellera a real platform on which to build excellence in the sector, both in Italy and abroad, by bringing together other advisory champions.”
Auro Palomba, CEO of Community: “We are very pleased with the initial results achieved by the Group. When we joined forces with Cattaneo Zanetto & Co., the goal was to offer clients an even more complete and structured service in the management of communication strategies, reputation, and relations with institutions and politics. The synergies activated in these months have already borne fruit; Excellera is growing, and our professionals are acquiring a greater cross-disciplinary skillset to better address any situation, both from a media communication and institutional relations perspective.”
