Privacy Policy
This information on the processing of personal data is provided, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), by Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo & Co. S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, Piazza Velasca 3/5 (hereinafter also “Owner”), as the Data Controller.
In this statement we will explain the purposes and methods by which the Owner collects and processes your personal data, what categories of data are being processed, what are the rights of those involved in the treatment and how they can be exercised.
1. Categories of personal data
Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo & Co. will process your personal data collected on the occasion of your request to subscribe to the informative and promotional newsletter offered by the Company (hereinafter also “Newsletter”). In particular, the Owner will acquire and process the data relating to his e-mail address.
The provision of your e-mail address is necessary to allow the Owner to provide the service of periodic sending of the newsletter.
In the absence of the provision of such data, it will not be possible to respond to your request for registration.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose of managing the periodic sending of the newsletter pursuant to art. 6, letter. b).
3. Categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated and purposes of communication
Your personal data may be communicated to third parties from whom the Owner uses for the management of the Newsletter; these parties will treat the data as external data controllers.
You can request a list of data controllers by writing to dataprotection [at] cattaneozanetto.it.
Under no circumstances will your personal data be disclosed to unspecified parties.
4. Duration of treatment
Your personal data will be processed only for the period necessary for the execution of the requested service and until you request cancellation of the mailing list. Following your request for cancellation, the data will not be subject to further storage.
5. Transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area
Some of the service providers used by the Data Controller may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area for activities related to the management and execution of the service. The transfer, if necessary, will be governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission in Decision 2010/87/EU and any subsequent amendments or, alternatively, on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission and/or any other instrument permitted by the relevant legislation.

6. Rights of data subjects
We inform you that, as an interested party and on the basis of the current legislation, you have the following rights:
- request and obtain information about the existence of your personal data from the Data Controller and about the processing of data by the Data Controller, and obtain access to such data;
- request and obtain the receipt in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device of personal data provided by you to the Owner, which are processed by automated means, may also request the transfer of such data to another owner of the treatment;
- request and obtain the modification and/or correction of your personal data;
- request and obtain the cancellation – and/or limitation of the processing – of your personal data if the data or information is not necessary – or no longer necessary – for the purposes set out above, then after the period of retention indicated in the preceding paragraph.

Finally, we inform you that in accordance with the regulations in force you may make any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Italian Data Protection Authority (“Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”).
